Floqer's AI agents keep CRM records fresh with 100+ data sources and job change alerts. The idea started as a CRM cleanup problem

Floqer did not start as a prospecting tool. It started because companies kept using its extension to clean their CRM.

What happened

TechCrunch profiled Floqer ahead of its Startup Battlefield pitch at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. The company describes itself as an autonomous customer knowledge platform for B2B sales and marketing teams.

Users describe the kind of companies they want, and Floqer's agents search across sources to build lists of companies and contacts. The company says it can enrich accounts using more than 100 third party data sources. For verified emails and phone numbers it uses a waterfall: it checks one data provider after another until one returns usable information. It also monitors the web, so a prospect changing jobs, getting promoted, or working at a company that raises funding can be reflected in the customer record. Floqer says customers have reported cutting prospecting time by as much as 70%.

The origin story is the useful part. The founders' first product was a Chrome extension, and enterprise users were using it to clean up CRM data. Those companies told them cleaning CRM data was very manual, with no established process. Floqer says it has passed $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue, has more than 1,000 customers, and plans to open source its customer knowledge database, targeting early 2027 pending security reviews.

My take

The headline is prospect research, but the real problem is stale CRM data. Every HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Pipedrive account I open has the same issue: contacts who left their company a year ago, missing titles, and no record of where a field came from.

You do not need a new platform to start fixing that. The waterfall pattern works in n8n or Make today:

  • Try your cheapest provider first and stop at the first verified result
  • Write enrichment into dedicated fields, never over what a rep typed
  • Store the source and the date next to every enriched value
  • Set a cost cap per record so a bad batch cannot drain credits

The job change signal is the one I would build first. A champion moving to a new company is a warm lead and a churn risk at the same time. Turn it into a task for the account owner, not just an updated field nobody sees.
